This year as a marketing team we decided to plan a creative campaign to capture the combination of the Christmas spirit with the service being offered by MaltaPost. One can visit the MaltaPost website for more detailed information about the service however one can view the prepared teaser here.
Another success year for MaltaPost activity during Freshers' Week on Campus. This year together with the marketing team we decided to come up with the latest trend style which was inspired from 90s über-cool theme. The campaign artworks were all designed with colourful backgrounds and flat typography as per 2016 graphic design trends.
Designed specifically for e-commerce which this online shop accepts money through paypal from every transaction. Also it has features of 'Point Reward System' and 'Affiliation Program Link Sharing'. The last one will give the user a commission rate and be credit to him as voucher on his account!
On 5 August 2016, MaltaPost issued a stamp set entitled ‘Olympic Games 2016 – Rio De Janeiro’. These stamps commemorated the commencement of this year’s Olympic Game due to be held in Rio De Janeiro between the 5th and 21st of August 2016.
New web design launched in 2 August 2016. Previous website were also designed and developed by me. This time we extended more features to the user interface and experience. Website has its own content management system which client can upload any content whenever he wants, even from his smart phone.
Malta Postal Museum is the latest attraction in our capital city, Valletta. I was entrusted once again from MaltaPost to take the lead in design of all the branding and all the display materials.
Again this year I designed another detailed portfolio with many of the projects I designed recently and even some of my previous years. Projects are all related to graphic design, web design, digital marketing and even visual arts.
In September 2013, Id-Dar tal-Providenza issued a call to design a new logo, which I submitted my original design and in 2014 I was awarded for the best logo which now is being used as their official logo.
The €2.19 stamp was designed by me and the idea was inspired by that of Cyprus Post and seeks to transpose the same message within a Maltese context. The stamp features the 18th century Ta’ Kola windmill in Xaghra, Gozo.
On 28 March 2016, MaltaPost commemorated the 450th Anniversary of the foundation of Valletta with the release of a philatelic miniature sheet bearing one stamp and depicting Grand Master Jean Parisot de la Valette together with a period map of the city of Valletta.
Margit Waas (ed.) contacted me to design cards to be published in a deck of cards where all artworks are made by local artists. The deck are available-for-sale online and all the money collected will go to 'Happy Paws' a charity organisation.
Logo re-designed with some additional fetures in 2 colour - Pantone 485C / Pantone Black C. Also I created and designed the brand guidelines which in-house designers and when sent to third parties, it can be followed easily.
The design of Owdee (the character) was designed in 2014. The idea of this character was by printing it on various merchandise products and sell it online. Now since SEANSHOP is launched, I'm working on some products were Owdee can have its part on the shop!
The character was designed with my graphic tablet first on photoshop which afterwards I transferred the file to Illustrator where I created the file in vector.
Greenleaf was launched in 2013 where I designed the logo for the company and took care of all photography and printing materials. I also created banners for the website. Vehicle design was also part of the project before completion to the launch.
